Moishe Mana Continues Downtown Miami Expansion with 113-115 SE 1st Street Acquisition
Mana Common adds another property to its growing Downtown Miami portfolio, advancing its long-term investment in the city’s historic urban core.
Mana Common has expanded its Downtown Miami real estate portfolio with the acquisition of 113-115 SE 1st Street for $5.5 million, continuing Chairman and CEO Moishe Mana’s long-term investment in the city’s urban core. The latest Downtown Miami property acquisition adds to Mana Common’s growing footprint near the historic Flagler Street corridor.
The property includes approximately 6,600 square feet of land and an 11,700-square-foot building. Mika Mattingly of Colliers represented Mana Common in the transaction. The acquisition is the latest addition to Mana Common’s Downtown Miami real estate portfolio.
The 113-115 SE 1st Street property further expands Mana Common’s presence in an area undergoing continued investment and redevelopment. Its location within Downtown Miami adds another property to the company’s concentration of real estate surrounding Flagler Street and the neighboring commercial district.
Beyond real estate, Mana Common brings together initiatives across technology, fashion, arts and culture, and community development. Its Downtown Miami strategy connects these industries with its real estate portfolio to generate activity, attract businesses, and support the continued evolution of the neighborhood.
With more than 80 properties already acquired along the Flagler Street corridor, the purchase of 113–115 SE 1st Street represents another step in Moishe Mana and Mana Common’s long-term commitment to Downtown Miami development and revitalization.
