Mana Common, led by Chairman and CEO Moishe Mana, has officially acquired the Old U.S. Post Office building along with an adjacent 15,000 square foot vacant lot in Downtown Miami from Stambul for $20.3 million.

Located at 100 NE 1st Avenue, the five-story building spans approximately 35,455 square feet and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Completed in 1914, the Old U.S. Post Office stands as one of Downtown Miami’s most celebrated historic landmarks. The structure is currently being converted into a multi-level vertical entertainment complex.
The acquisition also includes the neighboring 15,000 square foot vacant parcel, offering significant future development potential. The lot carries a T680 zoning designation, the most permissive urban core zoning in Miami, allowing for high-density, mixed-use construction directly adjacent to the historic site.
The transaction marks a major addition to Mana Common’s portfolio along the Flagler Street corridor. It aligns with the company’s broader strategy to revitalize Downtown Miami’s historic core by preserving architecturally significant properties and adapting them for modern commercial, cultural, and community use.
