Moishe Mana Expands Downtown Miami Footprint with Acquisition at Historic One Flagler Building

Moishe Mana has expanded his investment in Downtown Miami with the acquisition of the first- and second-floor office and retail condominium spaces within the historic One Flagler building, further advancing his long-term commitment to the city’s historic commercial corridor.
The acquisition includes approximately 22,350 square feet of office and retail space for $12.6 million. The condominium spaces are part of the 15-story boutique office building originally designed by renowned architect Morris Lapidus, best known for creating the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Completed in 1952, the building is recognized as the first in Miami to feature curtain wall construction.
The acquisition adds another significant historic property to Mana’s growing portfolio along Flagler Street, where Mana Common has spent years investing in the restoration and activation of Downtown Miami’s historic core. The company is working to transform Flagler Street into a vibrant destination for residents, businesses, and visitors.
Founded and led by Moishe Mana, Mana Common has acquired more than 80 properties along Flagler Street as part of its long-term plan to bring new life to Downtown Miami. The company is restoring historic buildings, improving public spaces, and creating a neighborhood where people can live, work, visit, and connect.
