Moishe Mana: Building Communities
Moishe Mana, Chairman and CEO of Mana Common, is a visionary entrepreneur reshaping urban landscapes to foster connected, thriving communities. Originally from a modest neighborhood in Tel Aviv, Mana built a business empire from scratch after arriving in the U.S. in the 1980s. His journey began with a small logistics company that grew into GRM, now one of the leading document management firms in the U.S. Early in his career, Mana recognized that his ventures impacted the communities they touched, which ignited his focus on urban revitalization.
This commitment is reflected in the founding of Milk Studios in New York’s Meatpacking District—a hub for fashion and media—and Mana Contemporary, an arts center supporting visual and performing arts. These initiatives embody his belief in creating integrated spaces that empower people to live, work, and create. Today, Mana’s most ambitious focus is Miami, where he continues to develop ecosystems rooted in creativity, business, and innovation.

His impact is most visible in Wynwood, where he has revitalized 45 acres through the Mana Wynwood campus, transforming the former industrial area into a vibrant hub for art, technology, and entrepreneurship. “Wynwood is the cultural heart of Miami, “Mana explains. “It’s not just a place to live or work—it’s a place to create, to innovate, and to connect.” The neighborhood has become a global destination, drawing artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators from around the world.

Mana’s work extends into Downtown Miami’s Flagler District, where he is redeveloping over 80 properties to create a center for technology, fashion, and business. In collaboration with city officials, he is also redesigning public spaces to foster walkability, engagement, and community. “Downtown Miami is the economic engine of the future”, Mana says, highlighting his long-term commitment to building sustainable ecosystems that encourage collaboration and growth.

Focused on bridging North and Latin America, Mana Tech fosters innovation and positions Miami as a global leader in entrepreneurship. Through its four initiatives—programs, events, spaces, and ventures—it is helping establish the city as the next international tech hub.
