Mana Properties, the real estate division of Mana Common, has announced that Florida-based law firm Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. (Stearns Weaver Miller) has renewed its 96,762-square-foot lease at Museum Tower in Downtown Miami’s Flagler District. The long-term commitment highlights the tower’s role as a premier office destination at the center of Miami’s legal and business core.
The renewal comes as Mana Properties expands its vision for the Flagler District. Plans are underway to introduce Mana Hubs coworking spaces dedicated to legal professionals inside Museum Tower, alongside a new membership club next door tailored to the legal community featuring food and beverage, private offices, and lounge amenities. These additions will complement Museum Tower’s Class A office offerings, which already include a renovated lobby, concierge services, a modern fitness center, and a ground-floor restaurant concept by a world-renowned chef debuting soon.
