Moishe Mana Unveils New Wynwood Entertainment Project at Former RC Cola Bottling Factory
The revitalization aims to preserve the unique character of the Wynwood neighborhood while enhancing the creative ecosystem that has made the district a global destination.
May 10, 2023 · 2 Minute ReadMoishe Mana has unveiled plans for a new world-class entertainment and culture venue, Mana Wynwood @ RC Cola, to be located at the former RC Cola Bottling Factory on 5th Ave in Wynwood. The 100,000-square-foot facility will house a variety of event and hospitality concepts, with the approximate cost of completion being $20 million.
Located at the nexus of the Wynwood Arts District and adjacent to the Mana Wynwood Convention Center, plans for the facility include event and activation spaces, a food and beverage village component to be occupied by a diverse mix of purveyors, curated retail, an outdoor event pavilion, and 10,000 square feet of outdoor parks and gardens designed by Andres Arcila at Naturalficial.
The location is known for hosting Miami’s most iconic music and culture events, including III Points, Above & Beyond, Circoloco, Mayan Warrior, Diskolab, Wynwood Hive, Fear Factory, and Life in Color. World-renowned DJs and international superstars, including Black Coffee, Eric Prydz, Pitbull, Tiësto, Steve Aoki, Nina Kraviz, and ZHU, have headlined at the location among several others. The space has also served as a backdrop for several film productions, featuring scenes in the Fast & The Furious. Mana Wynwood @ RC Cola aims to continue being a hub for residents, neighbors, and visitors to gather, work, and play.
