Colombian Tech Innovators Take Over Miami

Mana Tech partnered with ProColombia to host a Miami Immersion Program tailored to Colombian tech entrepreneurs. From over 150 applications, ProColombia carefully selected the top 20 to participate in this bootcamp. The entrepreneurs began with online sessions to connect with key industry players and polish their pitch decks. Following these sessions, they traveled from cities like Bogota, Barranquilla and Medellin to Miami for their immersion week, which was packed with workshops, networking and various engaging activities.
During the in-person week, we welcomed mentors including Eugenia Di Marco, Camila Peñailillo, Aaron Chavez and special guest María Camila Castellanos, Executive Director at ProColombia USA. They shared insights with the founders, emphasizing the significance of such programs in guiding Latin American entrepreneurs in their journey to establish a foothold in the US market.
Highlights encompassed a luncheon sponsored by PAG Law, a wellness session with Uplift Experience, and a padle tennis tournament uniting founders, mentors, investors and partners.
Special congratulations to Keybe for winning 1st place in Demo Day, and HoyTrabajas for securing the People’s Choice Award.
Mana Tech was profoundly impressed by Colombia’s wealth of talent and learned a lot from these incredible entrepreneurs about their endeavors to elevate their country and scale up their businesses into the US market.
