Mana Wynwood

Over the last decade, Mana Wynwood has played a central role in the transformation of Wynwood from an industrial zone into Miami’s art & entertainment district. What began with Moishe Mana’s vision—and the acquisition of key buildings in the area—has evolved into a revival that bridges art, commerce, and community.

From hosting music festivals to global industry conferences, Mana Wynwood has become a cultural anchor, driving traffic, visibility, and opportunity to the neighborhood. III Points, for example, is Miami’s homegrown music festival that takes over the full footprint of the campus, welcoming around 50,000 attendees over two days each year. The festival’s blend of music and art has helped shape Wynwood’s creative identity, rooted in the energy of the space itself.

Red Dot MiamiEach year, Red Dot Miami takes over the Mana Wynwood Convention Center’s event hall, hosting dozens of artists and hundreds of visitors.

During Art Week, the property hosts Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami—two of the largest contemporary art fairs in the district. As Art Week expanded beyond the beach, these fairs helped anchor the neighborhood’s role in the citywide celebration, drawing more than 40,000 visitors to view works by over 1,000 artists and 280 exhibitors.

Mana Wynwood Convention CenterFrom June through October 2024, the Balloon Museum’s Let’s Fly exhibition took over the Mana Wynwood Convention Center, welcoming millions of visitors.

In 2024, the campus became home to Balloon Museum’s globally renowned “Let’s Fly” exhibition—an immersive art experience that has captivated audiences in cities like Paris, Milan, and Madrid. Known for transforming large-scale spaces into surreal, inflatable landscapes, the exhibition brought together over 20 international artists and drew an astounding 4.4 million visitors over the summer. Its arrival reinforced Mana Wynwood’s role as a leading destination for immersive, world-class art.

Beyond the events themselves, Mana Wynwood serves as a living gallery. Its walls are home to large-scale murals and rotating street art installations, offering a platform for local and international artists to share their work with the world. By turning its physical space into a canvas, the property continues to champion artistic expression in every form.

What ties it all together is Moishe Mana’s long-term vision of building cultural infrastructure that supports artists, entrepreneurs, and the local economy. His commitment to shaping vibrant, creative ecosystems is reflected in every corner of the property. As the city grows, Mana Wynwood continues to be a space where new ideas and industries take root—serving as both a canvas and a catalyst for Miami’s future.
