The citywide event offers a rare look at how upcoming developments are shaping the future of the Flagler District.
Open House Miami (OHMIA) 2026 returns February 27, 2026 through March 1, 2026, inviting the public to explore Miami’s culture and neighborhoods through a free, citywide festival. Organized by the Miami Center for Architecture & Design (MCAD), Open House Miami offers more than 100 experiences across over 20 neighborhoods, providing behind-the-scenes access to the landmarks and institutions that have shaped Miami’s past, present, and future.
As part of this year’s programming, Mana Common will play a leading role by spotlighting Moishe Mana’s vision for Downtown Miami through Building Flagler District: Golden Hour Chat with Mana Common Architecture, a featured architecture panel taking place during Open House Miami 2026. The discussion brings that vision directly into the conversation, offering the public a rare look at how recent developments are thoughtfully shaping the city’s urban core and the evolving Flagler District.
Hosted at Mana Common’s headquarters, the sunset panel will feature architects actively working on projects along Flagler Street, spanning adaptive reuse, new developments, restaurants, and cultural spaces. The conversation will explore how design, culture, and community intersect to support long-term neighborhood revitalization.
The panel includes Gilbert Atick, AIA (ATEEQ | ALCON), Matthias Hollwich (HWKN), and Claudia Busch (BBA Miami), with Joe Clark, AIA and Delia Rivera of the Mana Common architecture team joining for live audience Q&A. Together, the group will examine the philosophy guiding Mana’s long-term development approach, emphasizing intentional design and spaces that foster innovation, collaboration, and community connection. The evening will conclude with audience Q&A, followed by drinks and networking.
Beyond the Mana Common panel, Open House Miami 2026 presents a diverse slate of cultural and architectural experiences across the city. Festival highlights include visits to major cultural landmarks such as Wynwood Walls, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, and neighborhood immersions like Behind the Scenes: 1-395/DR 836/I-95 Design-Build Project and Downtown Miami Historic District Architectural Walking Tour.
