Mana Common Downtown

A vibrant new mural has taken flight on the west side of Mana Common’s Downtown Miami headquarters. Designed by artist Sani Parra and brought to life by a team of local painters, the large-scale butterfly symbolizes transformation and renewal—mirroring the evolution of the Flagler District itself.

Facing west toward Flagler Street, the mural overlooks an area currently in the midst of demolition and redevelopment as part of Moishe Mana’s long-term vision to revitalize the Flagler District. The artwork serves as both a reflection and a beacon for this transformation, representing the rebirth of a neighborhood that is being reimagined as a center for culture, commerce, and innovation.

It feels like a familiar embrace. This butterfly will always be there as a symbol of renewal—and what excites me most is that it lives outside a place that represents culture, innovation, and transformation in the heart of Miami.
